Buttercream Frosting

This frosting is great for sugar cookies or gingerbread people. This makes enough to frost 3 dozen cookies.

Ingredients

4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter — don’t substitute margarine, now
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine all ingredients and beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until fluffy (1 to 2 minutes).
