Snack Crackers My Mother-in-Law, Genevieve (Memaw) gave me this recipe. This is a big-time family favorite and I make it whenever I have folks visit. Ingredients 2 9oz. packages oyster crackers1½ cups canola oil1 package Hidden Valley Ranch™ (HVR) dressing mix 1 1/2 tablespoons dill weed1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon garlic salt Whisk together oil, HVR mix, dill weed, lemon pepper, and garlic salt in large mixing bowl. Add in crackers and coat them well with oil mixture.Let the mixture set about one hour, stirring occasionally. Pour out on paper towel and let dry for around 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
