Vegetable Dip This recipe is Sherri’s. Ingredients 8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 package Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons is good), dry 1/4 to 1/2 cup V8 or tomato juice2 tablespoons sour cream Cream together cream cheese and dressing mix.Stir in sour cream, then add V8 juice 1/4 cup at a time until you get the consistency you want.Refrigerate for about 4 hours and then serve as Sherri suggested above.
