Streusel Topping
Fantastic on sweet potato casserole and apple pie.
Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Stir in melted butter – mixture should be the consistency of sawdust (just slightly wet). Stir in nuts. When your pie has 10 minutes of baking time left, sprinkle this mixture on top of the pie and bake the remaining 10 minutes.
