Sausage Cheese Muffins

Use hot sausage for the best flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup Bisquick
1 lb. cooked sausage
4 eggs beaten
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease muffin pan or put paper liners in the cups.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together eggs, sausage, and cheese. Stir in Bisquick until mixture is JUST moistened. Spoon mixture into pan, filling each 2/3 full.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
