Milk Chocolate Peanut Brownies

Ingredients

1 (12-oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1/4 cup butter
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
1 can ready-to-spread frosting (either milk chocolate or peanut butter flavored)

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with margarine; remove from heat. Add Bisquick, Sweetened and Condensed milk, egg, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts and remaining chips. Turn into well-greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool.

Spread frosting over top; garnish with additional nuts, if desired. Cut into squares (what other shape?). Store tightly covered at room temperature.
