Beef Dishes
Keep your beef in the coldest part of the refrigerator for up to 2 days for ground beef and 3 days for other cuts. Ground beef can be wrapped airtight and frozen for up to 3 months, and solid cuts can be frozen for up to 6 months. Add a teaspoon of water when frying ground beef – it will help pull the grease away from the meat while cooking.
