2 bunches of fresh broccoli, cooked to fork-tender
1 cup uncooked rice, cooked according to package directions
1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
