1 pound ground beef 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Head of cabbage 2 tablespoons onions 1 cup cooked rice 1 egg 1 can tomato soup 1 can water
Steam cabbage and remove (use at least 8 leaves). Brown ground beef and onions, drain grease. Add salt and pepper and rice; mix. Add egg and mix well. Then
put into cabbage leaves. Roll and hold together with toothpicks. Place in saucepan lined with cabbage. Mix 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water.
Pour over cabbage rolls. Simmer 1 hour.
