Cheese Bread

This is really yummy with chili, soup, or all by itself.

Our favorite time to eat this is on a cool fall Saturday while watching Auburn football!

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 cups (10 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups cubed (½”) Velveeta cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350º. 

Grease and flour loaf pan.  Combine Bisquick and cheese. Combine eggs and milk, and add liquid to cheese mixture, mixing just enough to moisten. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake for 55 minutes or until center is done.  Best if served warm.
