One-Pot Mushroom Burger

This is from Sherri, and she said it is best served over egg noodles.

Ingredients

1 small onion, sliced
4 hamburger patties
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Beefy onion Lipton soup mix
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease 9×13 pan and layer the following: onions, hamburger patties, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix, fresh mushrooms, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, and then place Swiss cheese slices on top of each hamburger patty. 

Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins. Serve over egg noodles.
